Hey, I’m Manuel Echeverria, a Miami chef with 20+ years experience. I’ve always fused culinary passion with cannabis culture’s creativity and sustainability.
The idea for Chef Hemp’z hit when I saw a gap: pro tools lacking eco-flair. Inspired by hemp’s versatility, I sketched knives with hemp handles and leaf etchings, sourced locally in Florida for quality and community support.
Prototyped with chef input, tested rigorously, and launched via Kickstarter in June 2025 for early backers to shape it. Now, we offer sustainable knives, apparel, and merch—crafted by chefs for chefs.
We’re hoping to achieve a movement that empowers chefs with eco-innovative gear, promotes sustainability in kitchens worldwide, and builds a community around performance, style, and giving back. Join us!
